VALUE DELIVERED:  MSI was chosen as a trusted source due to a previous working relationship that included quick response time, budget conscious and white glove service.  In our general construction division, we were able to provide a design that fit their needs, turning a previous veterinary clinic into a new and modern physical therapy clinic.  After the design was approved, we were able to meet with engineers and provide a price that met their budget expectations. 

CLIENT OBJECTIVES:    This local physical therapy client required a budget conscious project as they were expanding their practice into an adjacent town.

SOLUTIONS:     MSI performed ceiling to floor demo, including walls necessary to reconfigure the space to meet their needs.  Built new walls, installed ceilings, multiple types of new flooring and all new, modern paint and fixtures.  Resurfaced the parking lot and new parking space layout that fit their needs better.

The renovation was completed to the customer’s satisfaction, and they are now operating in the space effectively, seeing more patients each and every day.
