Deas Hall Weight Room

VALUE DELIVERED: MSI Construction was given the opportunity to provide pricing based off of many previous successful projects. We value delivering a product that meets and exceeds customers’ expectations. Also, while competing with strict deadlines and budgets due to students returning to campus. This project consisted of turning a dated racquet ball court into a state-of-the-art weightroom. This required scheduling with different trades and making sure we met our budget.

CLIENT OBJECTIVES: In a short summer, the customer wanted the students to return to school with a new, three-room weight room. The customer needed a quick turn around on this project so that they did not prevent the students from meeting their physical fitness needs.

SOLUTIONS: MSI performed flooring demo and reinstallation as well as floor to ceiling painting in order to freshen up the space. The original flooring was beneath the old rubber floor which consisted of a wooden floor sitting on a metal track filled with insulation. Rubber flooring with logo inserts were installed as well as wall signage.

The renovation was completed to the customer’s satisfaction ahead of the specified deadline, and they are now operating in the space effectively.
