MSI was chosen as a trusted source due to a previous working relationship that included quick response time, budget conscious and white glove service.  In our general construction division, we were able to provide a design that fit their needs, turning a previous veterinary clinic into a new and modern physical therapy clinic. 

MSI Construction was given the opportunity to provide pricing based off of many previous successful projects. We value delivering a product that meets and exceeds customers’ expectations. Also, while competing with strict deadlines and budgets due to students returning to campus. This project consisted of turning a dated racquet ball court into a state-of-the-art weightroom. This required scheduling with different trades and making sure we met our budget.

MSI was performing work on a jobsite along with a General Contractor. After viewing our performance, an employee was asked if we had a fabrication shop in house. After meeting with this customer and reviewed the plans for the project, we provided a quote and was awarded the job. MSI Electrical Division engaged with and procured an electrical engineering firm to complete the electrical power distribution  portion of the design and a process engineering firm to design the process system based on the owners equipment and concept.

MSI Electrical Division performed a design/build installation repurposing an existing facility to accommodate new product manufacturing. The client required an expedited demo and installation due to the fact that they were changing the entire manufacturing process and would be down until the new facility was in production. We have a long history with this customer in the same facility of upgrading and maintaining equipment as needed to help streamline the manufacturing process.

MSI was given the opportunity to provide a price to a SC Technical College. We were able to provide the best price while meeting the clients scope and safety requirements.
